Open Space
It’s a gallery that turns into a performance space for films festivals, new media shows, digital installations and electronic music happenings.
Open space welcomes contemporary ideas and is a non-profit artist-run centre (Once in a while they look for volunteers to help with running the place and give free tickets in return).

Victoria College of Art (VCA)
Victoria College of Art is laid-back and unpretentious and just minutes from Victoria. They offer lots of different programs, and show off their students' work in awesome graduate art shows.

Art Gallery of Greater Victoria
Frequently visited by high-profile artist tours and shows. Their permanent collection of 10,000 works includes Canada’s finest collection of Japanese art and an impressive range of Canadian contemporary art, North American and European historical art, and traditional and modern art from Asia.

Winchester seems to offer a fine selection of interesting and evocative works of visual art. Even if you don't make it to the gallery, check out their site!
